A valet focuses on deep cleaning the interior and exterior to a high standard. Detailing goes further — it restores paint condition, removes swirl marks, and applies long-term protection. Our Detailing services are coming soon.
An Exterior Valet takes approximately 2 to 3 hours. An Interior Valet typically takes 2 to 4 hours depending on the condition of the vehicle. We'll let you know at booking if we expect your job to take longer.
Yes. As our services take several hours, we require either a private driveway or a resident visitor parking permit for the full duration of the booking. Street parking is fine as long as it's available for the full time.
We operate across London and surrounding areas. Travel charges may apply for locations outside our standard service radius of 10 miles. Contact us before booking if you are unsure.
We bring our own water supply, so you don't need to worry about that. We do need access to a standard outdoor plug socket for our equipment. That is the only thing we ask for.
Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee. Maintenance Plan customers can reschedule with 24 hours' notice at no charge.
